Exchange Program (ATEP)
NEW PARTICIPANTS INSTRUCTIONS
To List Items Through ATEP
Agencies or organizations
may list AT in the ATEP Catalog by sending the following information to Teresa Reno at treno@bcfr.org
or 573-874-1995:
- A description of your agency.
- A picture and brief item description. If possible, it is preferred that the
picture be in .jpg format.
Information may be embedded in an email or as an attached document.
- Contact information: phone number, email address
(if possible), and name of person who will be responsible for coordinating
distribution of AT to interested individuals.
- Please let Teresa know if you are interested in
outside participants being able to contact you with a donation.
Responsibilities of Organizations
Listing Items on ATEP
- Responsible for storing, distributing and
assuring equipment is in working order and appropriate for the needs of
individuals receiving the devices.
- Responsible for notifying ATEP when item is no
longer available: notify Teresa Reno at treno@bcfr.org
or 573-874-1995 to have the item removed from the website.
- Please note, items will be deleted from the list
after being on the list one year (unless organization requests item to be
kept on the list for a longer period).
Considerations for Participating
Agencies
- Each agency or donator is responsible for
acknowledging appropriate donator for tax donation purposes.
- The equipment suitable for this list must be
adaptive equipment or assistive technology. This list is not meant for specialized
medical equipment (i.e. trachea supplies, suction machine, oxygen
equipment).
